We are a Real Estate Broker Licensed in the State of Florida and we will become Your Real Estate Broker to Represent You and help You negotiate with the builder/developer on Your New Home. We will help you analyze the sometimes complicated sales contract with the builder/developer. If necessary, we can provide a licensed real estate sales agent to accompany you to the new home community to represent you in front of the builder/developer.

The builder/developer pays the real estate commission. They budget the commission in all their pricing. So if you walk in by yourself, you lose. Therefore, its in your interest to contact us and we will Rebate you 1% of the Real Estate Commission. You share in our real estate commission by using us as your point of first contact and you get a GET 1% CASH BACK REBATE. If you walk in without an agent, we cannot help you. Once you are registered with the builder/developer, the commissions are paid to their in-house staff and agents and our experience is that they don't share their commissions with anyone. Its in your financial interest to use us and we will share that commission with you. Its a win-win for everyone.

Many people incorrectly think that if they approach the builder/developer by themselves, they will save money. With that said, many people are wrong. Why not have a few extra thousand dollars in your pocket for closing costs, decorating, etc. It just make's sense.

Our services and Rebate to you applies to almost all of the builders/developers but not all. Some builder do not cooperate with real estate brokers and they are just hurting themselves. In today's market, just about all of the builders are cooperating with brokers so you can get the rebate in the community of your choice.
